There are several ways to process your order with us; as follows.

• On-line - Pay by Credit/Debit Card
  This is by far the most secure, quickest, and most reliable method. You simply add the goods you require to your basket, and, when you have checked your 'Cart Contents', click on 'Checkout'. You will then have the choice of creating an account or proceeding without creating an account. The advantage of creating an account is that you will have access to your order(s) history and its (their) progress. Whichever method you choose you will have to complete the billing address details in order for us to process your Credit/Debit card - this is the only time you need to enter this information. If you wish to ship your order to a different address you can enter this later in the checkout process.

  When you have chosen your shipping method, you choose 'Credit/debit card'. This will then take you to an order confirmation page where you can see all the details of your order. When you confirm your order you will be directed to our Merchant's secure payment page where you will need to enter your card details. Clicking 'MAKE PAYMENT' will process your order. NB: we have implemented the 'Code Secure' and 'Verified by Visa' security checks, and as such you may be asked by your card provider to confirm that you are the owner of the card you are using - THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION.

• On-line - Pay manually by Credit/Debit Card
  If you are not happy using the above method, you can proceed as above and choose 'Pay by Cheque, Manual Credit/debit card (Tel 01744 757657)'. Your order will be received by us but will need to be paid for by either telephoning us with your card details or posting us your cheque. Cheque payments will require clearance before your order is despatched.
• By Telephone
  If you wish you can order directly by telephone (01744 757657).
• By Post
  We can accept orders by post with cheque, but you must ensure that you calculate the price correctly and include the postage cost. The best way to do this is to add the goods to the cart and then view your cart contents and add the required postage cost - shown on the right hand side. You can print the cart contents page and attach it to your cheque. Also make sure that the delivery address is clearly attached to your order.
